“When considering cosmetic tattooing, the artist and their training/credentials were most important to me. Caty (IG: @cosmetictattooco) has done extensive training and is very knowledgable. She also has a Bachelors in Visual Arts, which while not directly related, adds additional confidence in her artistic ability and general professionalism.

During the assessment/consultation she listened closely to what I wanted to achieve in my look. She was able to suggest microblading over powder brows based on my skin type and the end look. She filled my brows in so they look very natural. At my follow up appointment, she used two colors of ink to add warmth and shaped them a little more. This is indicative of Caty's attention to detail and perfectionism because I thought my brows looked SO good after the first session that I considered not even going back for the follow up appointment.

The healing time does take a couple of weeks-- and there are various stages of intensity. The appearance immediately after is more intense than a couple of weeks out after the brows have stabilized. I didn't love them the first two weeks, but Caty did help me manage expectations ahead of time. Now that it's all done, I'm super happy with my brows!”

Finally, cost-- you get what you pay. If you're not ready to make an investment, stick to brow pencils/brow gels so you don't mess up your face. That being said, I feel like Caty's prices are incredibly fair. Between consult and 2 sessions, it's AT LEAST 4 hours of work.”

“I had a great experience with Caty who is highly knowledgeable in this space (she’s an artist who has honed her craft). I really appreciated that she provides options in advance of having to commit to anything permanent.

The process went just as she described. Having eyebrows took years off my face. I no longer look washed out or have to pencil in my eyebrows daily. Excellent!”
